Delete Your Account (Latino Connect Canada App)

If a user wishes to delete their account and all associated data from the Latino Connect Canada app, they should email us with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Email: admin@nexasoft.tech

They should include:

• Full name
• Email used to create the account
• Phone number (if applicable)

Once we receive the request, we will delete the account and personal data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain certain information.
